English Test

English Language Level

The universities in the English speaking countries require strong English language abilities from their students. They want to be sure that you can cope with the demands of degree-level study. But there is no need to worry; many international students need some help to achieve the required level of English. Study Group’s dedicated university pathway programs give you all the support you need to excel in your chosen degree.

IELTS

IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is popular worldwide with speakers of English as a second language as proof of their proficiency. IELTS is jointly owned and managed by the British Council, Cambridge English Language Assessment and IDP Education Australia. If you plan to enroll at a university or college, apply to business organizations, or register for a visa from government agencies in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada, the IELTS test can help you reach your education, career or life goals.

TOEFL

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) evaluates the English proficiency of people whose native language is not English. Most U.S. universities require that international applicants take the TOEFL. Generally, a score of 61 to 100 on the Internet-based TOEFL (IBT) or 500 to 600 on the paper-based version is required for admission to undergraduate and graduate programs in the United States, with graduate schools expecting the higher scores. TOEFL IBT is a four-hour test with content to assess reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills.
